A: Returns

If you receive the wrong item or the item is in damaged condition you must first contact us , preferably by e-mail , to receive authorization to return the item. You must do so within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will give you specific instructions as to which mode of shipping, if at all,  to use to return the item . Occasionally the shipping provider, usually Canada Post may request to see the item in the event of an insurance claim.

Once we are satisfied with the above details we will mail you a replacement usually within 30 days. If a replacement is not available ,we will , in this case only, issue you a full refund by the same method that you paid in the first place.

ii) Because we often special order items in as soon as an order is received  we can not otherwise issue refunds for most products unless we make a specific agreement and exemption or offer to do so BEFORE the order is placed.Also any of our items purchased at retail  on discounted  third party merchants sites i.e such as or  are 100% non-returnable and non-refundable  nor , by their nature , are they eligible for the same level of customer service as if you purchase the item on this site. Amazon intentionally prevents the buyer and seller from communicating with each other verbally before the transaction. Therefore the buyer must be 100% certain about their purchase decision before they make it and use and rely fully on their own research and intuition to come to such a decision in the first place . As the old saying goes BUYER BEWARE .

The following exception may apply for some products  for wholesale customers only,  a minimum $10 handling fee plus a 25% restocking charge applies usually after trying out a product for a minimum period of one year. The return would not be permitted for clearance, remaindered or damaged items. Other restrictions may apply.Please enquire for full details.  If a return is permitted it would only be in the form of credit against a future purchase and never for cash.

 Please use our e-mail support to obtain the maximum amount of info about your planned purchase before you make the purchase and it is shipped to you.

All of our devices, CDs/DVDs ,superfoods,supplements and books as well as the info on this site are not intended for use as a treatment or remedy of any medical or  health condition of mind or body, and therefore no claims in this regard are made, expressed or implied. In all cases of illness or ill health, consult a licensed health practitioner or doctor of your choice and follow his/her recommendations.

We provide info on this website on an "as is " basis for research, education and entertainment purposes only. The products and statements here have not been evaluated by the Health Protection Branch of Canada or the FDA in the USA.

C: Privacy and Security

1. We go to great lengths to keep our customer's financial data private and safe. All credit card transactions occur outside this site with PAYPAL , a billion dollar company with the world's largest e-commerce operations and using the latest SSL technology. For manual credit card transactions we only keep your data on file for as long as the credit card company requires us to do so. For internet transactions where you key in the credit card numbers with PAYPAL , we have no access to those numbers.

2. We do not sell customer names or databases to other companies. You will only be informed about products, services and events, that we are directly involved with and , which are of a humanitarian nature.

 D: Levels of Customer Support

For more information about our company policies please feel free to e-mail us at . Usually , you will receive a reply within 72 hours . Due to the high volume of telephone calls , we prefer that customers route their enquiries through the e-mail channel initially. If the enquiry has still not been resolved to the customer's satisfaction , we will set up a suitable time for live phone support. Please include your telephone number(s) in the e-mail communication.

We offer guaranteed phone and e-mail support for all wholesale enquiries.

For retail sales enquiries , we do not  always offer or guarantee live phone support to "sell" the products listed here  unless the sale is the byproduct of a consultation or other information session and/or with a retail value greater than $200 Canadian and we have expressly promised to do so. However we may need to call you if the shipping instructions and/or other order details are unclear or to confirm them  . Furthermore , if one of our wholesale customers carries an item we market here on this website, and is  near you , we may suggest contacting this business first for service .

We reserve the right to charge a different price (higher OR lower)in private consultations or lectures or  at retail shows and fairs and events than the website prices listed. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee or consultation fee in addition to a product's retail price if it is deemed that a customer requires extensive personal support beyond the product sale.

It is assumed that the customer is internet savvy and comfortable to make a secure and private payment with paypal or e-mail interac on computer. Many companies offer lower prices if the customer is able to fully complete the order without telephone support i.e by e-mail or with the web shopping cart.

Lastly, while all items listed in this catalog are available to anyone with a shipping address in Canada, there may occasionally be restrictions on items we may sell directly to the U.S. or other international locations.

October 12,2009 Important Update: People who do not know how to pay a bill over the internet should state this clearly in their first e-mail. If we have the time we will make a reasonable attempt to train them  on how to do it.

a)While we have attempted to ensure the reliability of all of  the products listed here by Vedic Harmony Centre and Biofield Solutions , we cannot assume any liability for damage that occurs because of usage of this products, whether or not in accordance with the instructions or specifications. It is not possible to guarantee the product or  program's performance under all circumstances, at all times and forever. Vedic Harmony Centre  warrants the products to be free from defects in materials or manufacture for a period of 10 days from your receipt. When you open this website link or  or use the products listed here and purchased from Vedic Harmony Centre you indicate you accept this as the only warranty. You agree that regardless of the form of any claim, Vedic Harmony Centre's liability for any damages or loss to you or anyone else shall not exceed the price paid for use of the information or products listed here.

b) NO OTHER WARRANTIES Except for the warranty described in the above paragraph, there are no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed.
